Potential Areas of Improvement we can assist with include:
Create standardization process for Audio / Visual systems. Currently IT and former medical media are overwhelmed with calls due to too many different version and set-ups. The new process would create a phased and uniform approach allowing for seamless operation without relearning a new process.
Create improved integrated smart technology facility wayfinding process
Evaluate and recommend Improvements to existing Wi-Fi facility bandwidth and coverage (managed support contract)
Evaluate and recommend improvements in utilization of IT equipment and deployment
24 hours managed support services for system (S) related support
