Create process driven space plans, featured design elements, equipment and furniture layouts, and room dimensional floor plans.
Provide expert consultation on various aspects of a facility-clinical design, including: Scope of Work, ROM construction cost estimates, clinical & patient process flows, human factors & patient safety concerns, conceptual design package (auto-CAD drawings, specifications).
Healthcare Design Research and Analysis of state-of-the-art trends, concepts, and best practices in various areas of the health care industry in regards to design and construction.
Space Planning expertise in both clinical and administrative healthcare areas. This includes creating system wide space programming guidelines through collaboration with recognized subject matter experts.
